Surface Experts of Sacramento East has been serving the Sacramento area since 2021.

Surface Experts of Sacramento East is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Scott and Jenny Frogner. As Nor Cal natives they take pride in bettering their community by reducing waste and providing their customers with spot repairs that save time and money. Combined they have more than 30 year's experience in the banking and real estate construction industry and bring their service focused expertise into their Surface Experts business. In their free time they enjoy spending time with their three children camping, dirt bike riding and overall spending time together.
